After a legal dispute that began in November, Drake and 21 Savage have come to an agreement with Condé Nast, the parent company of Vogue, over their use of a fake Vogue cover to promote their joint album Her Loss.

While the exact amount of the settlement has not been disclosed, Will Bowes, Condé Nast's general counsel, stated that the agreement will “enhance our continued creative endeavors, including Vogue editorial.” The settlement also includes a permanent injunction preventing further commercial use of the Vogue trademarks, as reported by Variety.

Condé Nast initially sued the two artists for $4 million after they photoshopped themselves onto a fake Vogue cover to promote their album. U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff in Manhattan quickly issued a temporary restraining order less than 48 hours later, requiring them to stop using the cover immediately.

“As a creative company, we of course understand our brands may from time to time be referenced in other creative works,” Bowes wrote. “In this instance, however, it was clear to us that Drake and 21 Savage leveraged Vogue's reputation for their own commercial purposes and, in the process, confused audiences who trust Vogue as the authoritative voice on fashion and culture.”
