VINSON – “Sunroof”

As the weekend comes to a conclusion, more and more fresh music posts appear on our website. As usual, we have a new artist debuting on HNHH today (February 5) with his song “Sunroof.” The catchy song was previously released by VINSON a few days ago in advance of his upcoming debut EP.

The liberated release mostly depicts life in stunning Southern California. He sings to the accompaniment of Timo and Harriet Brown's production, “Slick ideas and office conversations done brought me here.” According to a press release, the R&B musician was inspired to write his song by Maxwell and D'Angelo.

“With the video, I was simply attempting to encapsulate that emotion via the Los Angeles that I recently relocated to. Although things might get frantic here, you can also design your own paradise if you so want, even as you observe and sense the chaos around you. Simply avoid becoming trapped, he counsels his audience.

Along with Sunroof, VOISIN said that his first SoftSweetRadical project will be released on March 3rd of next month. The singer intends to celebrate its arrival with a release party on March 10th at a discreet Los Angeles venue. It will be distributed by Wichita Records.

Quotable Lyrics:

New fur, alpaca skin, it's blowing in the wind
I was a pacifist, but now I'm packin' steel
Don't try and tell me what I oughta be
Let go of what you thought and set me free
